Notice
Lumen Master Account authentication has been disabled as of August, 30th 2022.
This change has no impact or action required by customers.
Customers can still securely authenticate to their Lumen Public Cloud account with their Lumen Public Cloud account credentials.
Steps to Authenticate into the Lumen Public Cloud portal
- Lumen Public Cloud customer with an active Lumen Public Cloud account can go to the Lumen Public Cloud Control portal.
- Customer can authenticate using their Lumen Public Cloud credentials.
- If you forgot your password, you can use the Forgot Password? link to reset your password.
- If you have any issues with authentication, please email our support team at help@ctl.io
