CenturyLink Cloud allows customers to pay for their monthly service using a credit card. As a customer, updating your credit card information is as simple as logging in to the Control Portal, navigating to Billing and then to Payment Method, making the necessary changes, and hitting save.
Step by step directions:
- Log in to the Control Portal
- Hover your mouse over the green menu bar at the top of your screen
- Under the Account menu, click on Billing
- Once the Billing tab has loaded, click on Payment Method
- Make the necessary updates to your credit card information
- IMPORTANT: scroll to the bottom of the page and click the gray Save button
