Voiceplex is a private hosted VOIP phone system that works with CenturyLink SIP services.

As a hybrid VOIP phone platform Voiceplex offers customers a way to modernize their communications system with lower total cost of ownership than typical alternate options in the market. Voiceplex combined with CenturyLink Enterprise SIP trunking offers class leading high resilience architecture that is engineered for high up time availability.

Say good bye to complex phone system feature package pricing. Voiceplex includes advanced features such as IVR, scheduling, busy lamp fields (BLF), hunt and ring groups, voicemail to email, soft phones, reception console, and much more in a simple flat pricing that's easy and predictable.

Voiceplex is priced based on number of seats based and volume Tier qualification on 3 year term. Please speak to your Voiceplex Solution Design Consultant with Apex who will guide you through this.

Your Voiceplex will have a minimum monthly recurring charge which will be set after review with your Solution Design Consultant. The lowest minimum monthly charge is $500 but may be more depending on your Tier commit. The exact amount will be specified in a Service Order document.

Voiceplex pricing is as follows:

Tier 1 Seat $15 monthly

Tier 2 Seat $14 monthly

Tier 3 Seat $13 monthly

Tier 4 Seat $12 monthly

Tier 5 Seat $10 monthly

Optional VOIP phone hardware is not included in above pricing. Voiceplex works with Polycom VVX model phones and fully integrated zero touch provisioning of all features is included.

Use Cases

Voiceplex plays really well in a mix of business environments with a minimum of 50 users.

As a hybrid solution Voiceplex includes special integrations suited particularly well for retail, manufacturing, warehousing, distributors and schools. Often such organizations are left to fend for themselves to do integrations relating to their use case and this increase burden on IT and adds friction. Voiceplex includes out of the box integrations that support use cases for overhead zone paging, analog access lines, door strike and other security integrations.
