Service Level Agreement

The SLA for CenturyLink Cloud is composed of individual uptime SLAs for the component parts of the service (Virtual Servers, Bare Metal Servers, Control Portal and API, Public and Private Networks, Managed Operating Systems, Managed Applications etc.).

Those individual SLAs vary from 100% to 99.9%
