The Trial Period will commence on the date of the Customer’s Edge Services account creation and will automatically end 30 calendar days thereafter or when Customer’s usage reaches a spend of $5,000 (“Trial Usage Limit”), whichever occurs first (“Trial Period”). Customer may terminate the Service and/or the account at any time prior to expiration of the Trial Period with no penalty or fees. Customer is responsible for any billable services used above and beyond the Trial Usage Limit and will be invoiced in accordance with the Lumen Edge Services Terms and Conditions.
Post Try & Buy Customer options.
If Customer does not wish to utilize and be billed for Services post Trial Period, it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to terminate all billable services prior to expiration of the Trial Period. To terminate the account, Customer must open a support ticket to request account closure by sending an email to EdgeServicesIncident@lumen.com. If Customer elects to keep Services running post Trial Period, no action is required. Customer’s account will automatically be converted from a trial account to a month-to-month billable account which will start billing for usage at list price once the Trial Period ends. List pricing is available to the Customer via the Edge Services portal. If Customer wishes to transition the trial account and/or a month-to-month billable account to a term commit account with applicable discounting, Customer can do so by engaging their Lumen account representative.
