End-of-Vendor Support Devices

Previous Service Orders of Managed Load Balancing service may have been deployed on older hardware. These devices are now End-of-Sale, but existing Service Orders will continue to be supported until End-of-Vendor Support (EVS) through the end of any existing Customer term. In the chart below, F5 Networks (the vendor providing our Load Balancers) calls out End of Software Development (EoSD), which is the equivalent of EVS. Contract renewals for existing devices cannot be extended beyond EoSD dates.
