This document provides an overview of responsibilities assumed by CenturyLink and the customer and proper contact channels.

Audience

Users employed by companies that have agreed to terms with CenturyLink Sales for the CenturyLink Cloud product.

The following is not meant to be a complete description of every feature of Active Directory, but to give users context regarding the support CenturyLink provides. If you have questions or concerns which fall outside the scope presented below, please contact the CenturyLink Client Service Center at 1-888-638-6771 to submit your request for review. With Service Management or Advanced Services, it is possible for CenturyLink to provide resources to take on responsibilities beyond what is identified below. Please contact your CenturyLink sales representative to discuss these scenarios.
