The Intelligent Monitoring service consists of the monitoring and management of client provided hardware and software systems, circuits, devices, or applications residing in a CenturyLink Data Centre.
Clients can choose between 3 levels of service:
Basic Service: Monitoring is Agentless. Network devices are limited to basic ICMP (ping) only. The Basic Service includes the following

CenturyLink can also support development for client applications that are not supported by the standard service.
Ideal for clients wishing to host their own equipment in a CenturyLink Data Centre, but not wishing to manage it themselves.
Delivers some of the operational benefits typically found in CenturyLink Managed Hosting solutions to client owned equipment.
Frees up client IT resources to focus on more strategic activities.
CenturyLink will provide a notification to customer within 15 minutes of alert.
